This is one of several of my horse paintings featured in the Art of the Equine exhibition at the Herbert B. Turner Gallery in Del Mar, California. The track at Del Mar, famously known as "Where the Turf Meets the Surf", is one of the premiere horse racing venues in the United States.  This work depicts a single horse on the back stretch during a regular workout.
